Meralys Collazo, a 2012 graduate of Schenectady High School works as a restorative practice specialist in the district. Meralys was inspired to work with students after her own positive experiences at Schenectady High School. "The best part of high school for me were two programs in particular: the Peer Mediation Program and Schenectady Embraces Diversity. These two programs were a vital part in molding me into the woman I am today. I love what I do every single day.
